Preamble
EoR Luxembourg, a brand of BIGE SARL, whose offices are located at 2, rue Edward Steichen, L-3324 Bivange, GRAND DUCHY OF LUXEMBOURG, places particular importance on respecting privacy and protecting personal data.
By browsing EoR Luxembourg, accessible at eorluxembourg.lu, hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”, the visitor, hereinafter referred to as the “User”, consents to the collection and use of their personal data, hereinafter referred to as the “Data”, as described in this Privacy Policy.
The Platform reserves the right to amend or supplement the Privacy Policy at any time. Any amendment or supplement will be made public on the Platform. Any amendment or supplement will take effect upon publication of said Privacy Policy.
1. Compliance with data protection legislation
The Platform makes every effort to comply with the laws and regulations governing the processing of Data, including, without limitation, Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of Data and on the free movement of such Data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC, known as the General Data Protection Regulation, as well as any other applicable national law or regulation governing the processing of Data.

4. Recipient of the Data
The Data collected is reserved for the exclusive use of BIGE SARL, its legal representatives and its employees, operating EoR Luxembourg as a brand of BIGE SARL.
BIGE SARL guarantees that it will not transfer the Data to third parties who are not directly involved in the preparation of a quote for Employer of Record project management services in Luxembourg, unless required by legal or regulatory provisions, or unless BIGE SARL has obtained the User's express authorization in this regard.
Any disclosure or sale of the Data is excluded.
The Data is not transferred outside Europe.
The Data is not retained once the quote has been refused or accepted.
The User may explicitly request the deletion of their Data by sending an email to: hello@eorluxembourg.lu.
5. Source of the Data
The Platform obtains the Data directly from the User in connection with a request for information or a quote relating to Employer of Record project management services in Luxembourg.
6. Type of Data and use
The purpose of collecting Data by the Platform is to enable BIGE SARL, its legal representatives and its employees, operating EoR Luxembourg as a brand of BIGE SARL, to provide the User with a quote for Employer of Record project management services in Luxembourg.
In this context, the Platform may collect the following Data:
- Company name;
- First and last name of the person requesting information;
- Email address;
- Telephone number;
- Candidate's first name;
- Candidate's last name;
- Candidate's identity card or passport;
- Candidate's bank account number;
- Candidate's diploma;
- Candidate's CV.
The Data is used exclusively to provide a quote from a brand of the company Bige SARL.
8. Security
The Platform takes all necessary precautions, as well as appropriate technical and organizational measures, to preserve the security of the Data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties.
9. Settlement of disputes
The Privacy Policy is governed by Luxembourg law.
Any dispute will first be submitted to an attempt at amicable resolution, or even mediation. In the event of persistent disagreement, the Luxembourg courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, notwithstanding the application of Regulation (EU) No. 1215/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2012 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters.

7. Use of social networks
Data collected in connection with the use of social networks may be processed by the Platform, which has a legitimate interest in using it for marketing purposes and to improve its advertising materials and image, based on information voluntarily transmitted or published by the User.
The Platform may be present on various social networks and may be a joint controller with them for certain processing operations, particularly when the logo of the social network used appears on the Platform.
